Country Home Center’s

Leadership

Howard Manosh

Owner

A life-long Vermonter, Howard Manosh has worked hard his entire life.  Growing up, he helped out his father in the family store and on the farm.  In the 1960’s after working various local jobs with great success, he started  H.A. Manosh Corporation, providing well drilling, water pump and piping services, excavation, and aggregate materials throughout northern Vermont.  He also ran a successful car wash, restaurant and motor inn. Howard started building his real-estate portfolio in the early 1970’s picking up properties in the greater Lamoille Valley area. Over the years, he expanded his holdings into Newport, Hyde Park, Wolcott, and Hardwick. Though his real-estate holdings have grown over the years, one thing has never changed – Howard’s dedication to his tenants and their surrounding communities. A prominent and respected figure in the northern and central parts of Vermont, Howard has always believed in giving back to the communities he serves. He has supported countless organizations and projects, and is always willing to contribute to worthwhile initiatives. Now in his mid-80’s, Howard has slowed down his daily activities by turning over some of his holdings to his sons, Nick and Jeff.   Although his day-to-day business activities may have slowed down a bit, Howard has not.  With 15+ properties and multiple tenants to care for, and Country Home Center, he remains as active and outgoing as ever.

Jessica Flores

Head of Accounts Receivable & Payable

I was born an raised in Morrisville, VT; in fact, I lived right up the road from this wonderful store and shopped here all the time when I was a kid for all my woodworking projects.

The only time I lived out of state was when I joined the U.S. Navy. After military service, I moved back to Vermont because it’s such a great place to raise children.  I studied Business Management at Johnson State College and Organizational Leadership at Norwich University. Now that my children are grown I enjoy volunteering at local nonprofits in Morrisville, gardening and building bookcases for my personal library. Giving back to our community is of paramount importance to me. I also give blood 3 times a year to help those in need. To find out how you can find local blood drives near you, visit this link.

See you at the store!
